The old make a change in one place, create a bug elsewhere trick

Sorry if you had problems accessing talkgroups over the past day or so.  I made a change to how the invitation mechanism works in private and restricted talkgroups, which brought a bug into the system.

Note to self: do more testing before updating the site next time!

Expired java applet certificate - fixed

When recording on Voxopop lately, users may have had a browser alert saying that the certificate for the Java applet had expired.

This is all fixed now.  Sorry for any inconvenience.

Recording back after downtime

Users weren’t able to save their audio for about an hour.  The issue has now been fixed.

If you were one of those affected, I do apologise.

Bug fix: invitations to private talkgroups

The invitation mechanism for private talkgroups was faulty.  I’ve traced the bug and squished it.  All functioning smoothly now..

Bug fix: Recording

I just eradicated a nasty little bug that lived on the recording page.  For some users, the audio recorder would have problems loading due to a javascript error.  If that sounds like you, then please try again and see if it works!

If you do happen to have any problems with Voxopop, please let me know on the bug report forum.  If I don’t know about them, I can’t fix them!
