Updated recording component

I’ve recently updated the recording component on Voxopop to address compatibility issues with Mac computers.  If you were having problems, please try again.

People are now using the new recorder just fine, but if you now begin having problems recording now, please send me a direct message by using the last link on our contact page.  I’ll need to know:

  • Browser version you are using
  • Computer operating system (e.g. PC or Mac) and version
  • What is happening exactly when you try and record (e.g. Do you get an error message?  Is the problem when you record or when you save?)

If you don’t provide the above information, I won’t be able to help.
